Facilitating Debt Raising
ASIC has issued a consultation paper on Facilitating Debt Raising and seeks views of stakeholders by February 2010 for relief to facilitate offers of quoted corporate bonds and convertible notes, and on how effectively annual reports provide disclosure to investors. Download paper here.
